Whether you are trying to lose a few pounds after the holidays or just want to give your body a healthy jumpstart, this Weight Loss Vegetable Soup is for you.  Like the famous weight loss cabbage soup, it is a low calorie soup for weight loss that helps you shed a few pounds while eating every day.


   This is one of my healthiest soup recipes, because it is also a wonderful treat!


   We've all heard of the famous weight loss cabbage soup diet, you know, the soup diet where you choose between eating only fruits or just vegetables every day, a cabbage soup that you like with the promise of losing 10 pounds a week  We do.


Sounds great, doesn't it?

   This cabbage soup diet is not very much, and there is no restrictive diet with it.  In fact, you should not even think of it as a weight loss soup. Think of it as a delicious veggie soup, you can enjoy it whenever you want.

 

1. Weight Loss Vegetable Soup

   If you are trying to cut calories and lose weight, try to replace a meal with this amazing weight loss vegetable soup every day.  Due to its variety of vegetables it is naturally low in calories and full of all kinds of nutrients, so you can lose 10 pounds in a week, this is definitely a great place to start.


   Although losing weight is not your goal, this low-calorie soup is a great way to provide your body with its nutrients.  I'm sure we all had a day where we were a little more excited, and our bodies just wanted something delicious.


2. Weight Loss Cabbage Shop

   Like traditional weight loss cabbage soup, this weight loss vegetable soup has a little bit of cabbage - actually four cups.  Why?  Cabbage is a rich, low-calorie vegetable. It adds some ohm and substance to the soup without adding calories.


   The root of cabbage chops is beef broth instead of water with some tomato paste. I just can't imagine eating a low calorie soup to lose weight in water.  How tasteless !?  Beef broth really adds some flavor


   For the rest of the vegetables, what I have listed below is often a suggestion. The key is to have a variety of non-starchy vegetables. Generally, your soup should actually look like a rainbow for health benefits.  I recommend using carrots (oranges), chilies (red) and broccoli (green) as a base, then add whatever you want.  This is a great way to clean your fridge using the vegetables you have left


   I know that this cabbage soup diet will definitely be on my menu after the holidays. I will try to change it for lunch every day to get rid of this holiday!


3. How to make weight loss vegetable soup

   When I think of a healthy soup recipe, my mind always goes to this veggie soup because it is super tasty and rich.  It is good to know that I am eating some healthy food which is really good. Here are the instructions to follow easy to make cabbage soup.


Step 1: Add chopped onion and chopped garlic to a pan with olive oil.


   Cook until the onion is soft and fragrant, which usually takes 5 to 5-7 minutes.


   Step 2: Add Sliced ​​Cabbage


   Step 3: Add green eggplants and carrots to the pot


   Step 4: Cook for five minutes


   Tip: Vegetables will start to soften and smell good.


   Step 5: Take our chopped tomatoes


   Using freshly chopped tomatoes and canned tomatoes adds a variety of flavors to healthy soup dishes.


   Step 6: Add bell pepper, tomato paste, theme, gram flour, eggplant leaves and beef broth to the pot.


   If you want a slightly more tomato flavor then you can add some extra tomato paste.  Do not add more than two tablespoons


   Step 7: Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.


   Step 8: Add Broccoli and Juice - Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes



   Wow!  It is a good thing to do, and it should end there. The soup is suitable for diet or just to enjoy delicious food.


4. Weight Loss Vegetable Soup

   If you want to stay on the cabbage soup diet to lose weight or if you are hungry for easy vegetable soup, then you are in luck.  I always have a way to fix and change my recipe!  I never want you to be upset that some of these ideas fit with the Cabbage Soup diet, and some add for added flavor.  Try some of these ideas:


  •    Chicken Brat - If you wish, replace the beef broth with some chicken broth.  Anyhow it will taste amazing
  •    Chicken - If you are not trying to eat a soup diet for weight loss, add chopped chicken to some protein.
  •    Turkey - For this cabbage soup use ground turkey for some extra heart.
  •    Celery - This is a non-starchy vegetable that would be a great addition to vegetable soups with cabbage.  Besides, it's cheap!
  •    Mouse - O Sweet Mouse!  They make everything, especially this homemade vegetable soup recipe tastes good.
  •    Cauliflower - The cauliflower has a wonderful taste with this cabbage cut. Also, it makes the soup more filling.


5. How long does this homemade vegetable soup recipe last?

   It has beauty charms and other healthy soup recipes, they are ready for a while.  You can make veggie soup at the beginning of the week and enjoy it to the fullest throughout the week.  As it sits in the fridge, the flavor also takes longer to come along. The average cabbage pieces will stay in the fridge for about seven days. Always wrap it in an airtight container.


6. Can you drink weight loss vegetable soup?

   Yes, you can freeze this soup, which is great for cabbage soup!  I recommend storing it in a personal service so that you can hold it when needed.  Then you should not worry about a healthy lunch or dinner because it is already ready.  You can keep it in veggie soup freezer bags or in airtight containers. Both glass or plastic work well.


7. What kind of nutritious food is cabbage soup?

   When you eat cabbage soup, you don't lose weight. You have a lot of healthy nutrients that your body desperately needs. A breakdown of the nutrients and minerals you get when you always try the best vegetable soup recipes.  Eat!


  •    Onions - high levels of fiber, calcium, folic acid, protein and iron.  Onions are also low in sodium, calories and fat.
  •    Garlic - Vitamin B-, selenium, fiber, calcium, copper, and potassium are some of the nutrients you get.
  •    Cabbage - When you eat cabbage, you get fiber, vitamin K, vitamin C, folate, protein, and more.
  •    Broccoli - Riboflavin, Calcium, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Protein and many more.
  •    Tomato - Lipocene is a very essential antioxidant and is high in tomatoes!  They also contain potassium, vitamin C and folate.


   As you can see, you get lots of nutritious food, minerals and antioxidants from this cabbage soup.


8. Can I have this healthy soup recipe in my pot?

   Yes, you can make this healthy soup recipe in your instant bowl. You should not use a pressure cooker for this cabbage soup. Also, you only have to soak a pot, so no extra cleaning.  To make homemade vegetable soup in an instantaneous utensil, you first need to decorate the onion and garlic.  Then add in green beans, cabbage and carrots and fry for a few minutes like a regular cabbage soup recipe.


   Next time, you have to turn on the pressure cooker in the soup setting, cook for 12 minutes and then release the weight loss vegetable naturally for 5 minutes.  After the minute is over, release quickly, and the veggie soup is ready to be served


9. What should I serve with cabbage soup?

   Depending on how you want to use Cabbage Chops, you will make more significant changes to the service you serve with it.  If you plan to use it as a weight loss tool, I would not recommend serving it with anything.  However, if you are planning to eat soup only because it tastes good, then you can serve it with a variety of foods.  Here are some of my favorites:


  •    Dinner Rolls - There is nothing more delicious than dipping freshly cooked hot bread in chops!  Yeah al that i feel like a lot of crap, to me either sounds like bt.
  •    Grilled Chicken - I like to eat a bowl with chicken pieces filled with protein.  This is good for you and will help you last longer
  •    Salad - Goes with lots of salads, even soups!  This is why so many restaurants serve soups and salads together because they are a perfect match!
  •    Sandwiches - Any kind of sandwich that you like would be great with a weight loss soup.  I especially like grilled cheese or fried banana sandwiches.
